Use latest JavaMoney/Moneta JDK 7 backport ("bp") version #175

It looks like trying to use the module-support in the latest JavaMoney/Moneta versions is causing problems in dependent projects like OmniMarketCap/OmniPortfolio. Until these problems can be sorted out (may require PRs to JavaMoney) let's revert to the JDK7+ supporting "backport versions".
