Taproot support #201

HI, i haven't seen the Omni core upgrade message for bitcoin soft fork taproot. What happen if we keep using the omni version which doesn't not support Taproot?

As Taproot is a soft-fork, Omni Core and OmniJ will work as before. You should not (until further notice) attempt to send or receive Omni transactions on Taproot (Segwit v1) addresses.

When Omni Core supports sending and receiving to Taproot addresses we can reopen this issue.
