New Transaction - Cascading Price Crowdsale #201

Suppose I want to raise money to create a hoverboard factory. Due to my experience in anti-gravity tech and manufacturing processes, I predict that once I have the setup in place, each hoverboard will cost me $1,000 to produce.

I need $500,000 to create the factory.

I want to do a pre-sale (kickstarter style), where:

  1. The first 100 hoverboards are pre-sold for $250 each.
  2. The next 150 hoverboards are pre-sold for $500 each
  3. The next 250 hoverboard are pre-sold for $700 each
  4. The next 1000 hoverboards are pre-sold for $900 each
  5. Finally, the last 5000 hoverboards are pre-sold for $1200 each

The crowdsale runs for an entire month, and only accepts a stable USDCoin as its currency (either backed by some liquidity provider, or trustless using CFDs). It sells a HovercraftCoin that is fully redeemable for a hovercraft when the hovercraft factory is built.

If the crowdsale completes in its entirety and sells all 6500 units, the imitator of the crowdsale gets control of the the USDCoins raised. If less than 6500 coins are sold, all the USDCoins that were sent are automatically refunded and the crowdsale is canceled.

The HovercraftCoin are all locked for the duration of the crowdsale, to make it easy for the protocol to automatically refund the coins in case the full amount isn't raised.

I love it. It's basically kickstarter.
