Styling not properly applied /markdown issue core-tc211-iso-19115-metadata #23

Page https://onegeology.github.io/documentation/providingdata.html#core-tc211-iso-19115-metadata uses to denote bold like original content (http://www.onegeology.org/wmsCookbook/2_7.html), but no bold style is shown, rather we see the asterix

underlying issue is that the table is raw:: html so markdown won't work.

Fixing with <strong></strong> in place of the **
