Removing all base strucures by roundstart/reset + removing "need infantry portal" message

present state: Round starts with InitialSpawningStructures (Commandstation/Hive, Resourcetower, Infantry portal)

desired state:

• removing all buildings (Armorys for Weapons will be placed manually on the map)
• removing "need infantryportal" message

I want to synch it in GitHub but he says: "You cannot synch unstaged changes. Please commit your changes and try again."
