Fix tooltips #12

Aliases should have functional tooltips.

Tooltips work in search window. Might still be a case to switch to tkinter-tooltips. The one feature that lacks compared to current is the ability to mask individual tips from a button in the tip itself. If we go that way, add an option to toggle follow-mouse.

Added a fix using regex. Doesn't update tooltips without reloading, so need to relocate the logic.

Cag is looking into getting tooltips to update on change without reloading the App.
