Feedback leads me to think this is somehow breaking stdout/err when running from source on Windows. It may be better to spawn an 'info' style window if frozen or no stdout available.
It's working fine from source on 'doze.
It's going to a file now, as is stderr. Would be nice to be able to use an environment variable or existence of a file (or go back to the filename method) to suppress it. Better than creating the file, reading the arguments, realising the user didn't want it, then deleting the file.
