Save is blocked by using Oolite plist. #5

Attempts to save config after changing colour preferences, and some of the other options fails as: configuration not written as nothing has been changed ... if Use Oolite plist for local font/colour is set on.

All saves fine when that option is off.

To reproduce. Save config with Oolite plist set to on. Close. Reopen. Tweak command background colour, try to save config, fail.

Some settings (open aliases window) trip the 'changed' state regardless.

This seems to have been fixed.
