Virtio exp #534

Native virtio support rebased on top of virtio-exp, which has been synchronized with main HEAD (as of Nov 6, 2023). This PR contains native virtio driver support for console, network and entropy and is meant to bring open-amp branch virtio-exp in sync with main.
