This repository contains file resources for BEL. The contents of this repository are mirrored to http://resources.openbel.org/belframework/latest-release/

The content consists of:

• BEL Namespaces
  • Captures the domain of a single ontology (SwissProt, EntrezGene, ChEBI, etc.).
• BEL Equivalences
  • Captures the identifiers of a namespace that can be used to draw equivalences across ontologies.
• BEL Annotations
  • Captures the domain of a biological context (CellLine, Tissue, Species, etc.)
• BEL Resources
  • Holds the BEL documents necessary for phase III of the compiler process.
• BEL Knowledge
  • Holds example BEL documents that are ready to compile. More details on the large and small corpus contents and creation protocols
