Both JK and Shamela versions are incomplete. the Shamela does not include the first two volumes and begins with the third, and the JK is just a part of the first volume. Find the PDF here: https://archive.org/details/14122714/00_122701

The Shamela edition is not the one HRH linked to (Dār al-Kutub al-ʿIlmiyya), but this one: http://www.worldcat.org/oclc/929602555 (al-Mujammaʿ al-Thaqāfī).

Added the first two volumes to the OCR list on Zotero (found only PDF of vol. 1)

I went into the file again, and in fact it's not just the first two volumes that are missing: vols. 1-2, as well as 6, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25 and 26 (i.e. half the volumes) are missing. This could be partially addressed by merging with the JK version, which starts at the beginning of volume 1 but has a different pagination, so it's unclear how much it covers.

The edition linked by Hamidreza does seem to agree with the digital text as far as division in volumes goes (though not pagination -- I have only checked a couple of them), so we could OCR the missing volumes based on that edition.
