DEG pipeline has memory issue in reading all files

Docker container has default memory limit(=2g).
Attempted to change the limit to 4g, but failed (reference: https://github.com/docker/compose/issues/4513)
Needs code optimization

Docker manager has setting tab for resources: Docker -> Preference -> Resources -> Memory 2gb to 8gb (Input parsing and DESeq2 need huge memory)
