Set DNS names for stateful set applications #605

Include the headless service of StatefulSet in the DNS entry set when generating the application certificate.

Set wildcard DNS entry for the stateful pods

Add additional DNS entries without .svc and without the namespace as those are valid hostnames when the connection is initiated within the application namespace
