Feature/structure viewer

Adds a "structure viewer" to the Memory View in the debugger.

This allows displaying memory contents in a structured way.

Open game in IDA or Ghidra
IDA: File -> Produce file -> Create C header file..
Ghidra: Open Data Type Manager->right-click on your data types -> Export C Header..
Save the file to a handy location
append --StructureFile="path to exported header file" to your commandline / startup
Start Spice86 with your game
Open Debugger
Open Memory Tab
Either select a range of bytes and right click it
or click the Stucture view button.
Either type a segmented address in the address field
or start typing the name of one of your structures in the structure field
explore and have fun

Clicking a pointer opens a memeory view at that location
Selecting a structure member highlights the corresponding bytes in the hexview
Selecting a byte in the hex view selects the corresponding structure member
Right-clicking any pointer or address or register in the Disassembly view allows opening that location in the structure viewer
Values can be edited
Structure view updates real-time when program is running
Right clicking a value allows setting a memory-write breakpoint to stop the game when that value changes
