#537 Assessments list page into components

• AssessmentsPage.tsx was renamed as AssessmentsListPage and broken down into components: AssessmentsListTabs, AssessmentsListTable for better readability and maintainability.
• Dummy data was updated to better match the expected protocol with 5 cases: Graded, Active, Upcoming, Expired and Submitted.

I had a couple of extra moments so I brought your branch up to date with the latest from the feature branch so that your #520 pull request that you open after this will have no conflicts when being merged into the feature branch.

Also, I made a minor tweak: I set the score for the expired test to 0.
