Adds missing coil TPV-Alloy in version 2.5 #19

I think Tungstensteel Coils are renamed to "TPV-Alloy" some time. I am playing version 2.5.

Good but this would break multismelter https://github.com/OrderedSet86/gtnh-flow/blob/master/src/gtnh/overclocks.py#L186-L187

I will fix that and then merge
