Did we mention any prospective journals so far? I don't recall.

I am not sure which journal as of yet. This will be published as a preprint (bioarXiv) as soon as we get it completed. Then, I have been looking at Journal of Open Source Software (JOSS), although it might be a bit too theoretical for their taste. We could also try for Theoretical Biology and Medical Modeling. If you have a suggestion, please let it be known.
