UI Issues - Dark Mode #192

[x] When switching themes some list cells are theme-inverted i.e. light while others are dark & vice versa.
[x] Done/Not Done tag doesn't react to ThemeChanged event.

Note to self: Try destroying the page OnDisappearing();
