Usually, after clicking on an enemy while sprinting, your sprint is disengaged. Currently, this is not the case.
If you have your sprint key held down during your first attack on an enemy, your sprint will disengage and reengage. For every hit after that, with the sprint key either held down or not, the sprint will not disengage.
