Signs default to white #203

Since the chat component support for signs was added, they default to color white, player-written signs should default to black

This was an issue in bungeecord-chat, fixed here https://github.com/OvercastNetwork/BungeeCord/commit/a3769705794be231e0fad125a38a88e27c31b230

Build a fresh SportBukkit and it should work.
