Replace shell scripts with Rakefile, and add source snapshot

Replace all shell scripts with a single Rakefile
Remove some noise from patch files
Add a copy of the patched source in snapshot. This is updated automatically whenever the patches are regenerated. This will give us an authentic and readable history of SportBukkit code.
Add a "feature" patch to the end of both patch chains. This is currently empty, but will eventually contain most of SportBukkit (everything besides bug fixes, basically). This will make feature development much more convenient. It should also make rebasing easier, because the patch history will be simpler. Trying to fit all of our feature changes into the patch history is just making a mess right now. The patch will of course be huge, but I don't think that's a problem now that we have the snapshot folder.

BTW the huge diff is from the "Add staged source" commit, which has only that change and nothing else. The other commits are small and readable.
