[x] Squish warning from docker build by defaulting to latest ruby version
[x] Remove deprecated version key from docker compose config
[x] Ensure we remove shell/test containers at exit
[x] rake build:all now builds all oas_agent development images
Why?
Squishes some unrequired output, which makes the tests easier to parse visually. Also ensures we're not leaving containers hanging around after they've exited, which then also leads to further output that isn't required.
