Quick notes on prototype dashboard front-end

• [x] Label the top-right panel "Institutions"
• [x] Label the bottom-right panel "Beneficiaries"
• [x] Return these and other labels from the "init" API endpoint, so that we can modify them easily later from the backend
• [x] Make sure the UK map includes Northern Ireland
• [x] Include base maps on both maps (e.g. satellite image or other basic basemap)
• [x] The UoA panel will show results for the top ten (?) units of assessment (UoA) that have the most impact case studies (ICS) in the topic. We also want a drop-down in this plot to select "assessment panels" (A, B, C, or D, SHAPE, STEM) which are groupings of UoAs.
• [x] As discussed, we still want the spreadsheet option to pop-up as a separate window to show the raw data from the ICS table for the ICS within the selected topic.
• [x] We will provide 7 or 8 Groups for which the topics will be organised within on the control panel on the left.
• [x] Hovering over a postcode provides an info box listing the institutions that submitted ICS on the topic
• [x] Clicking on a postcode filters the Global Beneficiaries map to include only ICS from insitutions in the selected postcode (and topic). This would also filter the data spreadsheet to only those ICS as well.
• [x] Clicking on a country in the Global Beneficiaries panel will filter the data spreadsheet to only ICS with beneficiaries in the selected country

@doug-leasure Hi Doug, We've finished the majority of these issues in the backend and have made good progress in the frontend. The backend updates have been pushed to the gisrede_api_frontend if you want to take a look in the meantime.
