@MarkDVerhagen: can you and I work together to get everything updated and integrated? The ./src/ subdirectory is kind of fragmented in genreal. The dream would look like one main.py script which runs everything required to make all of the analysis and build one 'enhanced' dataset to go onto the interactive dashboard. This includes scientometric wrangling, too, where necessary and appropriate, but also the geographic data wrangling and cleaning, funders, etc.
