GRID parsing #27

More work required on better parsing of the GRID identifiers for funding in the raw ICS data (looks fine in Dimensions data).

@crahal, I believe we side-stepped this issue by using the Dimensions data for funders. Does this issue require further work, or is it okay to close it?
