I can pass some of the .gitignored files through as required, but some of the raw scientometric data cannot go onto GH due to licensing issues.

Apologies that so much of the code is hacky!

I think we resolved this with the latest round of cleanup. @crahal, please confirm and close the issue if appropriate.

Still need to rewrite readmes and docs in general for final production release.
