@crahal , please take a quick look. We may want to remove some unnecessary files, but otherwise should be a simple merge.

@bz-dev saved some of the prototype model files into sub-folder ./src/analysis/topic_modelling/prototype/. Please confirm if we want to keep or delete those (see commit https://github.com/OxfordDemSci/ICS_Analysis/pull/51/commits/cdadb35d34cc33257e65ae947c32dc5fbdef5abc).

Going to:

Merge the PR
Delete the prototype stuff
Note Linda's immense contribution in the appropriate place (already done in the readme.md in root)
