The problem is that sonarr is incorrectly detecting the release as German. I'll get back to you
I asked on Radarr discord and they confirmed that everything with "German" inside the name is categorised as German language.
I'm currently working on a fork/patch for both Radarr and Sonarr to fix the many problems with the (German) language detection, but it might take a while.
So yes, you are correct. You need to add a filter to the German Only custom format that detects german subbed like this:
Regex: german.*subbed
If it works please let me know or share your own solution :)
I just did a "not subbed" filter for "german language only" and it works well for now 👍🏻
This will also be solved by my patch for Sonarr once it is ready:

Is that needed with the latest Sonarr version?
If you don't want releases that have "German.Subbed" inside their release name to be (wrongly) recognized as German then yes
Having a kind of similiar problem with Sonarr but it's not about subbed releases.
Here's what my Custom Format Scoring looks like
And here's some releases that got grabbed even though they only included an english audio track
I guess the problem is the WEB-DL in the filename? Since DL in this case (probably) means "Download" and not "Dual Language"?
@choque88 Please share the quality section of your quality profile (right side). Also, if you are using Scenenzbs, make sure to activate the Movies/TV DE category in Radarr/Sonarr under Settings>Indexers>SceneNZBs
Here's the quality section
And you're right, I forgot to check those categories in Radarr and Sonarr. Changed that and will try again...
Activated the categories in Sonarr but it's still grabbing english only episodes
German Subbed is interpreted as German language but the language is actually not German. That's why we need a "German & NOT German Subbed" filter to make it work correctly right?
