Ensure `lta_report()` rounding does not force very-low *g(0)* values to 0.0. #6

Rounding features in this function can make very low g(0) values appear to be zero. This is an issue for inconspicuous species, eg Kogia, in surveys with rough sea state.

Fixed. Changes are in the function lta_report().R in the section on Table 3 (g0 values).
