Add code to pull and organize SS3 projections for comparison to AGEPRO comparisons #12

Self descriptive - but Michelle has code just needs to make it clear and organize it.

I've uploaded the code into the Rscripts file, called Plot_SS_Forecast.R. You will need to unzip the projections in the base/bootstrap projections folder before you use it.

Also, when evaluating the catch standard deviations for the constant catch projections, some will be very large as those are runs where the population was too low to support the input catch so the model decreased catch in those years. It may look wonky in the plotting but they are correct.

Note that for this issue and issue #11 I can't seem to sync my changes to the repository
