2024 WCNPO MLS Rebuilding

Purpose

This repository is a place to share information, data, and analytical work on the rebuilding plan
for the Striped Marlin stock in the Western and Central North Pacific Ocean in 2024

Folder Structure

  • The AGEPRO bootstrap numbers-at-age files are in /Bootstrap-numbers-at-age

  • Some MLS data are in /Data
  • Some background references are in /References
  • Some background and rebuilding analysis presentations are in /Presentations
  • Key R language scripts to extract assessment data are in /Rscripts
  • The draft rebuilding analysis working paper is "ISC_24_BILLWG-01_03.pdf"
