Move to HTTPS only #38

Computers at many government agencies are configured to HTTPS only and block mixed content. Viewing the prototype at NGA and DOI, many assets were blocked since Github sites supports HTTPS but XHR requests were HTTP.

Todo:

replace urls with https where available.
