When computing the summary charts, the message reads "Loading file..." . It would be nicer if it said "Computing summary charts...".

Differentiate in a different background colour the information that is “read” from the file, from the one that is generated (for instance pI of proteins).

Finally it would be very nice to have before the publication the certificate from Apple. I know this does not depend on us only, but it would be very nice indeed.
