Decals: Creation of decals for the first level #86

It would be cool, if you could manage to create some decals for our first level. For example spider webs, dust, liana, something like to that, to make the level look more muggy.

This is not necessary anymore, due to the task that you create level two now and we already have a lot of prefabs available
