[ ] BM values for % Change: -30, -50, -70 (and add ProbDecl relative to all 3 values)
[ ] fix plotPattern() layout - 3 different lines formatting
[ ] check on devtools install issue
[ ] revise handling of true zeroes as per CH idea in #15
