Possible solution to not working external resource #43
I tested this workaround with xnTattoos resource on my server and now the character editor apply correctly the tattoos on the player ped. I put a comment to explain the function of "skinchanger:modelLoaded" that is connected directly whith "isModelLoaded = true" as in skinchanger 's code. I explained also on cfx forum https://forum.cfx.re/t/release-cleanui-cui-character/1914841/558. Sorry for my eventually bad english, i'm new on github and i made only a few new resources with a friend and i'm glad to contribute as i can.
