Handle initial topographic dataset with shifted longitudes #154

@WesleyTheGeolien At the moment, the workflow does not handle datasets whose longitudes are shifted from [-180, 180]. It would be nice adding a feature to shift longitudes to [-180, 180] prior to passing through the different steps. e.g. NCAR dataset are usually going from 0 to 360.
