Display map hover values of from map #17

Based on conversation with Yannick Donnadieu's Bokeh's hover tool covers too much of the map when it is used it would be better to display this information outside of the graph

@tiphe-cerege I was thinking about this and maybe the most "useful" tool wouldto be switch of the hover by default but allow the userot switch it on if desired?

Le calcul des bassins isolés avec le fichier bathymétrie semble poser un problème dans les zones de bordure (ie à 180 et -180 de longitude), cf Rupelian_Final_pax_YD_letteron.nc Last Modified on 2021-03-04 puis Internal Oceans, il en reste un et pourtant quand je regarde, cela n'en est pas un ? Merci d'avance !
