Small comestic improvement on maps #42

A proposition to add top and right axis labels for maps. Gridlines perhaps as well.

Hi @PBrockmann Yep I like the idea of adding the extra axis around the maps Ill give it a try to make sure it doesn't look too busy.

As for the grid lines I am more unsure. Currently on the main map (variable value) grid lines are used to show the cell limits. I'm guessing / hoping there is major / minor ticks options which may be able to be used to do this aesthetically.
