On mbin, microblogs behave differently than on kbin. They are relative to the magazine and inherit its sort option.
To honor that difference in behavior, default_sort won't change the default sort of microblogs on mbin.
That said, users might still want to change that behavior.
In the future, an opt-in setting should be added to force the addon to work with microblogs on mbin. This would involve changing the actual link of the button before the user clicks on it.
