View Downvotes on Mbin #8

Mbin has disabled the display of who downvoted whom in the activity view. This feature should be readded.

It might be necessary to manually rerequest the ActivityPub here, so avoid doing this for the time being. The url endpoint has also been removed, so the display of the information will have to be replanned. Maybe integrate it into the upvote view as two tabs therein?

Since I'm not planning to move to KES anymore, this has been downgraded to low priority. It's also unlikely to actually work at all.

I can request posts with their url, but this request doesn't include their activity. I'm not sure if the activity can be requested or needs to be received via federation.
