Added note on line 60 to clarify return values.

If what the addition states is true, then I'm pretty certain that it is not an intended feature. I'm pretty sure it is supposed to return only components on the connected network.

So... this is more of a bug... not a feature... tho I was not able to personally to reproduce the issue hence I can not see any reason to add this to the documentation... I would be happy if you could make a new issue report and explain more in-depth how you got this behaviour since it clearly is not intended...
