Describe the bug The error message FicsItNetworks failed to load comes up upon start of the game.

SMM debug file: SMMDebug_2022-11-25_15-39-50.zip

Things I did

  1. Install SMM
  2. Install FicsIt Networks mod
  3. start the game

Error Search I tried to dig into the logs and found the following:

please downgrade FIN to v0.3.9 >= v0.3.10 is not compatible with EA

raphaelbernhart commented 1 year ago

Thanks :)

I also wanted to try this but I've not found an option to downgrade :/ I'll have another look. With what version is of Satisfactory is FIN 0.3.10 then compatible? I thought there only is Early Access for Satisfactory.

I think it would be worth the work to add a "Troubleshooting" or "FAQ" section in the README so that future players can fix this error without making an issue. If you provide me some basic information (f.e. some more "common errors" you encounter in issues) I will create a MR/PR and add the section to the README.

Thanks again for the help :D

The Experimental Version of the game supports Mod v0.3.11 The Early Access version supports v0.3.9

In SMM, install the mod, then you can change the mod version
