Indicate Deserialization vs. Processing failure in Failed Message

User Scenario

As Opie I would like to get a better indication on the root cause of a message failure:

• Did the message fail processing due to a problem in message itself ? (deserialization / poison message)
• Is there a problem in the endpoints processing logic ? (e.g. version, config etc.)
• Is it a problem of the endpoint failing completely ?

  Question

• How can we best distinguish between the root causes of message failure ?
• Specifically, between a message deserialization failure, and a message processing failure ?
