Complete transport seam tests for the standard NServiceBus usage #3430

The seam contains methods to configure the transport for use by the NServiceBus endpoint of the instance (Only the main and monitoring instance use this)

We should add transport seam tests to cover this.

[ ] Monitoring usage
[ ] Raw usage around recoverability

Not 100%, I have retitled this issue and tweaked the description to reflect this
