Improve pathway layout #1337

Description of new feature

Improve the parameters for CoSE, or use a different layout. The Elk layout might work well here.

Motivation for new feature

For large pathways, the layout isn't very good.

Noticed some odd initial layouts for Biofactoid-derived pathways (beta.pathwaycommons.org instance):

Have we tried upgrading to the latest COSE or FCOSE?
