No warning on sif creation with no model #44

When no model is loaded, we should put up a warning when the user tries to 
create a SIF view (SIF | Create SIF View ...)

Now a warning dialog is displayed in this case.

Can we make the dialog say the following for consistency (with others):
"Load or query a BioPAX model first."

I wrote "No BioPAX model." warning based on MergeAction, so now I have updated 
both Merge and ExportToSIF warnings to "Load or query a BioPAX model first."
