portal expression profiles without z-scores should be hidden

The portal dialog lists all available genomic profiles without any filtering. 
However, expression values cannot be converted to alterations by ChiBE, so they 
should not be displayed to the user. We want expression z-scores but not 
expression themselves.

I think you overdid it. 
Select "Bladder Cancer (MSKCC, JCO 2013)". There is no expression profile 
listed in ChiBE, while there is an mRNA expression z-scores in cbioportal.

Oh, I see. I thought "_median_zscores" was a standard, removed the "_median"; 
should now capture more expression studies. Sorry about that.
