Test the new feature for showing/hiding compartments

After hiding the compartments, perform a layout to get a more compact view. 
Then choose "show compartments". Compartment nodes are directly placed on top 
of graph, without considering the actual compartments of child nodes. Also if 
the node is too big to fit, an incomplete compound node is placed. Attached you 
can see a screenshot of this case.

If the problem is just bad layout (since we maintain the layout without 
compartments), I think this is OK (since re-layout here would be pretty costly; 
we let the user decide whether or not to re-layout).

There is no quick fix of this problem. We should aim for a better design in the 
future.
