This feedback tool should enable refugees to:

provide a rating based on a 5 star system
make comments about the experience
submit comments publicly and/ or privately
file a complaint
rank that complain on a 5-point ranking for severity

Refugees searching for services should be able to view the rankings and search based on that additional filter

this is a pretty big feature! I can start some initial designs for this

Is there an engineer who wants to take this on? We should discuss complexity because this feature will require a backend to deal with the rating and comment data. Potentially a log-in or at the very least guest login.

Would like to see a plan for this before it's jumped into:

what db are we going to use to store this data
do we have confirmation that we can run a db with our partners (unhcr)
are we going to have login and accounts

There are some initial mocks for this which I am attaching - Appnovation REALLY wanted to work on this during the hackathon - so it happened a little more quickly than it normally would have. The team made some headway on some of the fundamentals discussed, but we all agree that we need a proper plan for this. I am meeting with Murad on Tuesday to discuss further and to get his input on the mocks. Would love your feedback. Amy, Myles will be working on these mocks this week, but my guess is that we won't have him again, so it would be great to have you in on this early so you can take over if Myles is not available, and to weigh in with your ideas based on your experience so far. This is a substantive chunk of work and we would be targeting 2016 for a 1.x release that would include this functionality. service advisor - wireframes - v1

Not a bad start. A few thoughts

I don't thinkg we should prioritize a login/signup as the first user experience
we're mixing ActivityInfo info with ratings info. Just a note for backend
the redesign for the map - I like that if gives direction to the place. We did this for Routific and it works very well.
- This also requires a bit of redesign of the map which might be a priority for after the filters are done.
I like the redesign of the settings. Good place to put sign-in
We'll need a flow for how people look at the ratings before log-in and how they can create an account or log in at that moment
The heart-ing (fav) and ratings will require a "my-ratings" type page. We'll need to find a place for that. Probably in the "My Account" page or higher level within the settings
